Today the BBC posted a "news" article on their website titled "O come all ye faithful?".
The majority of us believe in God, pray and think of ourselves as Christian, despite not going to church. But if you cut out the middle man isn't it cheating?
Littered amongst the comments from my God fearing Christian brothers, were many critical and quite rude comments from self-proclaimed atheists.
I posted my own comment in reply to the main point raised within the article:-
The fact that most people believe in God but find going to Church a pointles exercise shows that the natural state of humans beings is to surrender their will to their creator, without the need for any intermediaries.
The Arabic word for that is "Islam".
My comment has not been published at all. Why o why?
I fear it is because the BBC editors have an bias that encourages the mockery of God fearing people (however misguided they might be) by publishing such impolite views from liberal-secularists whose main aim is to ridicule those who believe in Allah(swt).
I hope my fears are unfounded.
